The Spring Valley Band is a comprehensive, performance-based organization that implements pride, leadership, and camaraderie through hard work, self-discipline, and dedication while sharing our innovative experiences and passion for the arts amongst ourselves and with our community. The Spring Valley Viking Band competed at the Lowcountry Invitational Marching Band Festival at the Wando High School Stadium in Mt. Pleasant, SC on October 7th. The band gave their best performance to date placing 3rd in class 4A with an excellent rating. The Viking Band also brought home the award for outstanding color guard, receiving the highest score for the entire day.
